In the event of a dispute coming to the A.C.D.A. we can assist by acting as a neutral third party or if necessary involving a third party independent engineer to review the installed system if necessary and provide an independent assessment as to what needs to be done to resolve or improve the performance of the air conditioner or resolve the issue.

In the history of the A.C.D.A. this has never been needed, as any dispute is often resolved quickly to the satisfaction of everyone involved.
