For the A.C.D.A. Dispute Resolution Committee to provide assistance we would request that you download the A.C.D.A. Dispute Resolution Form and fill this out, along with any other documentation that you may have which may be relevant to the situation. Then post this to the Dispute Resolution Officers address on the form.
The A.C.D.A. Dispute Resolution Officer will then review the documentation, contact you and the Contractor to establish a course of action, which may involve a third party as per the Association Guarantee.
